Pro Mod Racers AssociationCAYUGA, ON - The Pro Modified Racing Association now has its web site on-line. By calling up www.promodifiedracing.com, the PMRA web site offers a comprehensive and informative look at this new drag racing association.

Kasey JanzenMany aspects of the PMRA are available through the new site, including a history of Pro Modified racing, the 2005 schedule and racing venues, and in-depth profiles of the PMRA teams and drivers .


The new site is a visual reference to this exciting class of cars known as "the world's fastest doorslammers." Along with in-depth articles on this exciting division, users will be kept up to date with all the news of the PMRA when its season gets underway next year in presenting some of the best in drag racing at tracks in Ontario, Quebec, and New York State.

The PMRA is a self-governing organization with its own set of technical and safety rules based on the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) Pro Modified division. Cars in the PMRA capture the true spirit of hot rodding, and the class offers a widely-diverse group of race cars with different types of 2000-horsepower engines propelling the cars down the quarter-mile in the 6.20-second range at
230 mph.
